Mr. Kyle is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Federal Courts, US District Court and The US Court of Appeals. He has extensive trial experience in both Federal and State Courts, and has argued before the California Supreme Court and the California Public Utilities Commission. He has also successfully defended the City of Compton in trials. Combining both his corporate and private trials, he has had over three hundred Federal and Superior Court jury trials that have gone to verdict. Mr. Kyle is frequently requested by other lawyers to assist in trials. He is a member of both The State of California and The Los Angeles County Bar Associations and a Diplomat of The American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kyle was also an adjunct professor at UCLA where he taught State and Federal Civil Procedures. When his schedule permits, he serves as both a Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator in the Los Angeles Superior Courts. He also served on The Board of Governors of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyer's Association. Mr. Kyle is a US Air Force veteran. His hobbies include snow skiing, golf tennis. Mr. Kyle loves to spend his free time traveling with his wife, actress/model and author Dawn Martin-Kyle. A doting husband, he believes that his wife is the best thing that ever happened to him. |
